Megan Thee Stallion Added Blunt Bangs to the Extra Long Ponytail She’s Been Wearing in London — See Photo

A wig with fringe is virtually unheard of with Megan Thee Stallion, but on Sunday, September 12, she took to the stage wearing some blunt bangs. The look, accompanied by a long ponytail, was for a third day of touring in London. The ponytail has been a hair mainstay during her time in the U.K. (exhibit A and B) but it seems this was the first time Meg brought out a fringe to match.

Kellon Deryck is the hairstylist behind all of the rapper’s U.K. looks, noting on her first post that the “50 inch weave by Kellon don’t tangle.” Deryck also posted some additional videos and photos of the looks on his own Instagram during Meg’s three days abroad.

Of course, Meg’s appropriately-named fan base, her Hotties, showed all the love for her blunt bangs in the comments section of her post. One fan summed up their obsession with Meg’s bangs in two words: “The BAYANG🔥.”  The other big part of Meg’s hairstyle, the long ponytail, seems to point to a greater hair trend as of late: We’ve seen both Khloé Kardashian and Lizzo sport long ponytails like Meg’s in recent weeks, and the VMAs were full of ass-or-longer length styles on Sunday.

Hopefully, Meg’s blunt bangs and pony make a reappearance in the near future but, as fans well know, she’s more likely to bring us a brand new take on the trends the next time she posts a photo.
