Victorian premier Daniel Andrews announces Melbourne will remain in lockdown until at least 19 August after 20 new Covid cases were recorded on Wednesday. Of the new cases, 15 are linked to current outbreaks and five are still under investigation. Fourteen were in isolation throughout their infectious periods. Andrews says the mystery cases are a cause of concern and the reason for the extension
