Golf Business News – London Golf Club unveils new-look website

London Golf Club is using its recent return to the European Tour calendar as a platform to launch a new website and further raise its profile.

The Kent club has created a modern and user-friendly design to attract visitors and prospective members, as well as revolutionising the private members’ area of the site – making it easier than ever before to access club events, competitions and tee time bookings.

The aim of the new site was to create a platform with a large proportion of video content and imagery to showcase everything the 36-hole venue has to offer, from its two Jack Nicklaus-designed courses – The Heritage and The International – to its golf academy and practice facilities and corporate offering, as well as its wedding facilities.

The new site’s intuitive interface has been designed to improve and simplify the customer journey and digital experience, giving visitors the information they need quickly and efficiently, while also streamlining the back-end – making it simple to continuously update and manage content internally.

In addition to transforming the booking process for members, the new dedicated members’ area also allows golfers to delve deeper into the benefits of their membership, learn more about the club’s lifestyle partnerships and discover more details about its reciprocal networks – seeing where their membership can take them around the world.

London Golf Club’s chief executive, Stephen Follett, said: “As a club, we’re always striving to stay ahead of the curve in terms of technology, marketing and operations.
