Yellowstone Successfully Deploys Autonomous Shuttle Called “TEDDY”

“This morning, Yellowstone’s automated vehicle shuttle system, The Electric Driverless Demonstration in Yellowstone, successfully transported its first passengers. From today until August 31, visitors in the Canyon Village area can ride TEDDY.”

It’s a new era for America’s national parks as driverless electric shuttles have begun ferrying passengers in Yellowstone National Park. Who’d have thought a park recognized internationally for its rustic natural beauty be the place to rollout this type of cutting edge technology:

“We’re excited to be testing automated vehicle technology. The data we collect during this pilot has the possibility of shaping transportation for the entire National Park Service!” –Christina White

What do you think of TEDDY? Any hesitation getting in?🦖🦕🦖
